Anaïs Le Fèvre-Berthelot is Associate Professor of American and Gender studies at Université Rennes 2.
Her research first focused on women’s voices in American TV series and now analyzes how audiovisual apparatuses centered on voice and speech can convey specific representations of women, femininity and gender.
She was a member of the AFEA board from 2019 to 2025.
