How to get from the airport or the Aix-en-Provence Gare TGV train station to the city centre: Take the line 40 shuttle bus and get off at the end of the line (Gare routière)
For those staying in Marseille, there are shuttles that will take you to Aix, see here. The closest stop to the Schuman campus will then be sous-préfecture. Alternatively, you will also find train service from Marseille (Gare St Charles) to Aix-en-Provence central train station (centre-ville). The campus is an easy, 15 mn walk away, all downhill, or 5 mn away with the line A bus.
To reach the conference venue from Aix Gare routière you can take the line A bus (to P+R Krypton) and get off at “Schuman”
