Please review the updated Call for Papers for the Elizabeth Madox Roberts Society&#8217;s XXVII Biennial Conference in Springfield, Kentucky, October 15 &#8211; 18, 2026: http:\/\/emrsociety.com\/<br>In conjunction with this event, the organizing committee will be hosting a 20th Century Southern Women Writers Conference to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of &#8220;The Time of Man&#8221; in conversation with all of the other fabulous Southern Women Writers of the 20th Century.<br>Papers focusing on American women writers who either identified as Southern or wrote prose and\/or poetry rooted in southern culture are welcome. Such authors include: Flannery O&#8217;Connor, Carson McCullers, Alice Walker, Eudora Welty, Zora Neale Hurston&#8230;etc.<br>REMOTE ATTENDANCE IS POSSIBLE via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please, direct
