\u00e0 faire dialoguer chercheuses et chercheurs travaillant sur les r\u00e9cits de voyage produits dans l&rsquo;espace atlantique, sous des formes vari\u00e9es (\u0153uvres litt\u00e9raires, guides touristiques, livres de photographies, enregistrements radiophoniques, films ou reportages t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9s, etc.), dans la seconde moiti\u00e9 du XXe si\u00e8cle [\u2026] En pla\u00e7ant la focale sur les r\u00e9cits de voyage du second XXe si\u00e8cle, cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tude propose donc d\u2019interroger la tension entre la persistance d\u2019une tradition h\u00e9rit\u00e9e du XIXe si\u00e8cle, voire d\u2019\u00e9poques ant\u00e9rieures, et le renouvellement d\u2019un genre pourtant tr\u00e8s codifi\u00e9.<br \/>\n\u2014<br \/>\nThe goal of this one-day conference is to foster a conversation among researchers working on travel narratives produced in the second half of the twentieth century across the Atlantic, in various media (literature, tourist guides, photo books, film and television, among others) [\u2026] By focusing on travel narratives from the second half of the 20th century, this conference seeks to examine the tension between the persistence of a tradition inherited from the nineteenth century, or even earlier periods, and the renewal of a genre which remains highly codified.<br \/>\nLieu \/ Location: Institut National
