Titled \u00ab\u00a0Populations Rendered &lsquo;Surplus&rsquo; in Canada\u00a0\u00bb, this special edition seeks to address the challenges faced by Canada&rsquo;s displaced, marginalized, erased, racialized, and disadvantaged populations.<\/p>\n<p>I have the pleasure of acting as guest editor for this special edition and I would be grateful for your assistance in circulating this call for papers. Submissions from graduate students and emerging or junior scholars are particularly encouraged.
