I’d like to share the CFP for our upcoming one-day conference at the Université Bordeaux Montaigne – Surfing Identity: Definitions, Hybridity, and Permeability in Surf Studies. Touching on a wide range of topics for scholars in American Studies, the event will be held at the Université Bordeaux Montaigne on April 11, 2025.

If you would like to present a paper, please submit a 400-word abstract (in French or English) with 3 to 5 key words, as well as a short biobibliography to jesurfstudies.
The deadline for submissions is October 25th, 2024
