The conference takes place on the University of Picardie Jules Verne’s campus Citadelle, which is located within the historic Citadel of Amiens. This is a large fortified complex in the northern part of the city (rue des Français Libres), within a 10-minute walk of the city center and the cathedral.

Amiens is easily accessible by both train and plane. Here’s a quick guide to help you plan your trip:
By Train:
- Amiens is well-connected to the French rail network (TER).
- From Paris: TER trains depart regularly from Paris-Nord station, reaching Amiens in about 1 hour and 15 minutes (depending on the number of stops).
- From other major cities: trains also connect Amiens to Lille, Calais, and other cities in northern France.
- You can book your train ticket from these websites (FR or ENG).
By Plane:
- Paris-Beauvais Airport: The closest airport to Amiens is Paris-Beauvais Airport (BVA).
- Transfer to Amiens: From Beauvais Airport, you can take a direct bus to Amiens city center.
How to get from the Amiens train station to the conference site : the fastest line is the N3 (green), which takes about 10mn. At the bus stop in front of the train station, take the N3 (towards Promenade) and get off at Citadelle François 1er, six stops later.
You can either buy a ticket from the machine at the stop before getting on the bus, or pay directly using your card once on board.

Weather permitting, you can also easily walk the distance, which takes about 30 to 40 minutes at a leisurely pace.
This is only one of the many routes you can take:
