After entering your personal information (identity, affiliation, address), you will be able to select the desired services.
The registration fee for conference participants is €35 for the “early bird” rate until April XXX. After this date, late registration will be available at a rate of €60 (from April XXX to May XXX).
The following categories of participants are exempt from paying conference fees:
- Presenting PhD students
- AFEA board members
- Editors-in-chief of RFEA & Transatlantica journals
- Doctoral workshop (doctoriales) coordinators
- Doctoral workshop (doctoriales) respondents
- Representatives of non-tenured faculty at the Ethics Committee
If you belong to one of these categories, please indicate it in the form.
This fee includes coffee breaks and conference materials. However, it does not include lunches, which will be held at the CROUS restaurant (€8), nor the conference dinner on XXX, May XXX (€45), both of which are optional.
